I spotted one of the coolest Beemers ever made the other day. In my opinion that is.
And one typical Finnish Looker.

3 month hibernation
Oops, it's been a while since I last time posted something. About 3 moths ago I purchased this '60 Ragtop from it's second owner, who had imported it from Sweden in late eighties.
Immediately I changed the wheels and put in a Blaupunt radio from my Notchback. And added the missing Wolfsburg crest with better hood molding. Note also the aluminum Split window hood handle that I could not resist to bolt on. Also those Taiwan R.O.C eye brows had to go in favour of original german items.
Next was lowering, of course, and change of wheels. Also added repro pop-out windows, which turned out piece of great quality kit. With ragtop you really need pop-outs, that's for sure! Also I got black plates, which you can get for all pre '72 cars in Finland for a fee of 20€.
