My dad was fixing this old 350 Jawa for a relative. It ran with only one cylinder and it was smoking quite much too... Cool machine!

I've been welding, wiring, bolted on the middle seat etc, but most importantly, according to my sons, we taped stickers on the rear and side windows ;o)

912 Brake disc's

I got the 912 disc's turned, now I'll hit the garage to mount them on! C U L8R!

ZZZZZZ bed for the Bus

I mounted these clever hinges to my baywindow today. They're called Z-hinges and with them you can retain the original back seat and tilt it to the level of rear luggage compartment for bed.

912 Wheels, finally painted.

It took almost six months to get the wheels back from blasting / powder coating. And it didn't even sucseeded on the first time. My dad went to pick them up, and the painter gave him some Ford wheels from mid seventies. I had to go again myself, and it turn out that they had painted my wheels months ago, but they mixed them up, and told me many times that my wheels were not painted when I inquired them. Leaning of this story is, never say there's no rush if you ask someone to do something.

Ventilation for the garage.

Today I was making some ventilation work for my garage, which I've been postponing for no reason about three years.

Chinese New Year

Next week it will be Chinese new year and spring festival with one week holiday. Because of that there's fireworks and mandarine trees every where. This center piece appeared to our hotel lobby during last night.

A day of in Hong Kong

Yesterday I had some time to get to see Hong Kong, and the Peak was amazing experience! talking about acrophobia! That hill is steep! More photos to follow, as I'm not able to use ftp client on the road!

Some Porsche and VW books and DVD:s arrived today, too bad I need to leave for a busines trip tomorrow, othervice it would have been nice just stay inside under blanket and enjoy good reading and watch DVD:s. By the way, I drove a real 1944 Kübelwagen today, it was -16 degrees celcius outside, and ofcourse we had the top open! Video will come later.
