TL Maintenence

Left carb had some fuel leakage, and it caused some fuel smell to the garage, and naturally was a minor fire hazard too, so I changed original Solex PDShits to NOS Dell'orto 40 DRLA's with new Type3 CB Hexbar linkage. Aren't those NOS carbs clean, HUH? Paavo the carb guru was helping me with jetting and he polished the throats just for fun. I also threw in 123 ignition and four tip spark plugs. And new front disks with new FAG bearings, only to find out that it was the rear brakes that were squeeking...

Techno Classica Selected#5 356

Rare cars, rare wheels, let the pictures speak for them selves.

Radio plate exhange

Rarely I would favour repro over original, but I bought this plate with trim extensions from Techno Classica, and the original is from my Notchback anyway. So to Ragtop it went.

Techno Classica Selected#2: BMW

Bimmer had the young timer classic of them all, Turbo 2002, on display, thumbs up. Gotta love the arrogance of the front spoiler decals.

Funky racer from the beginning of the '60ties, with 500cc engine.
Light weight U think?

Doesn't his little beemer just put a smile on ya face?

Weird looking Mini from the nineties, now that Bimmer owns Mini they can proudly exhibit the old ones too, right?

Trial Fitting the Airevo BRMs

Got tyres assembled today and went directly to Mikko's garage for trial fitting. My Ragtop is hibernating faraway, but as Mikkos oval has pretty much same set up in front so this will tell pretty well how the wheels will fit to my Bug too.
